Home improvements...

There were some surprises that needed to be fixed when we moved in and some not surprises. Here are some before, afters and new additions....

My very own Tim the Toolman! He seriously has fixed so much and done a great job. Everything hasnt gone as smooth as he had hoped but he never gave up and has finished all his projects perfect! (he gave himself a honey do list I didnt have anything to do with them)

Ready for its first visitor. This one was frustrating but with a little persistance Chris got it fixed!
Unexpected addition...Expansion tank! No more leaking water constantly. Yep Chris did it all himself.
Dandilions and weeds every where..
Much better...still working at it but a huge improvement.
Garden of tires and garbage...
Now ready for a real garden. (this was my project)

And last but not least we now have an air conditioner!! We havent used it yet but we are hoping summer weather is coming and we can get some good use out of it!

I think besides the sprinkling system we are pretty much done for now. We will have some more in the future I am sure!

We are so blessed to have such great family and friends!! We are so overwhelmed by all the love we are surrounded by. We are so excited for Cali Mae to come and to show her off! Thank you to everyone who helped with it.

Speaking of Cali here is an updated picture...(I am excited you just cant see it...these pictures are never fun!)

She has been cooking for over 34 weeks. So in less than a month and a half our little girl will scream for the first time!! We cant wait!!!!

Thank you so much to everyone who helped!!! (also the ones that really wanted to but couldnt make it) It was a quick easy move for us and we are glad to be done!!! Now we are just waiting for visitors!!!
